• Dr. Lily Bhushan has 33 years of experience in undergraduate teaching and 15 years of post graduate teaching experience. She was the Head of the Department, prior to being appointed as the Principal of the college in the year 2009. Under her fair, dynamic consistent vision and leadership, the college completed two successful cycles of accreditation by NAAC with ‘A’ grade. She steered the college to a ‘Gold’ rating under QS-I Gauge. She has led the collegedelegation to four Canadian Universities and two colleges, and signed four MOU’s in December 2018. 
• She is the PhD guide, University of Mumbai, external referee for evaluating PhD thesis, and dissertation guide at IGNOU for MBA students.
• The Principal is a NAAC assessor, and has assessed many colleges pan India.
• In 2018 she was conferred ‘The Best Lady Principal Award’ by National Human Rights and Social Justice Commission and many more awards to her credit.
• She has also presented research papers at various national and international conferences and seminars, the Principal also has briefed press releases about discipline policies followed by the college.
